DESCRIPTION
Newcastle Buhurt Cup is being hosted again by Raven Guard as part of the Newcastle Medieval Festival.
We have hit capacity for teams, as such closing registrations.
Womens 3v3 (Closed), 5v5 (Open) and 12v12s.
Mens 5s (Div1/Div2 Nominated) and 12s

FACILITIES
As it is part of a larger event, on site parking will be limited, and cars will not be allowed to move after a set time each day.
Fenced area for the Buhurt base camp, bring shade, and ropes/weights to tie down, and past years have proved windy at this time.
Food vendors will be available at the event.
Toilets and Water Stations located near by.
Location is on the far side of the CBD, by the water. Car-pooling on event days is recommended.

At the tournament you will be required to register at the host, every "valid" member has a QR code on there "fighter profile" only they can access it
Every person on a team can sign up the team for the event. If there is a requirement for the registration, it's the team's responsibility to make sure these are met!
