DESCRIPTION
King of the Keg is a Classic-level Buhurt International Duels and Outrance tournament, hosted by the Tidewater Dogs of War in conjunction with a public Renaissance Faire hosted by New Realm Brewing Co..
The event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at New Realm Brewing Co., 1209 Craft Ln, Virginia Beach, VA 23454.
This event will feature Duels and Outrance only, with Men’s, Women’s, and Women’s Open categories.
Per BI rules, categories will be ranked only if minimum participation requirements are met:
- Men’s: minimum 6 competitors
- Women’s / Women’s Open: minimum 3 competitors
Due to time constraints, duels slots are limited. Categories with rankable numbers will take precedence, and categories under minimums may be dropped. Competitors may register for multiple categories, with no minimum or maximum limit.

New Realm Brewing Co. is a large brewery venue with a grass fighting surface, decent parking, indoor restrooms, and food and beverages available on-site. The event will be open to the public.

At the tournament you will be required to register at the host, every "valid" member has a QR code on there "fighter profile" only they can access it
Every person on a team can sign up the team for the event. If there is a requirement for the registration, it's the team's responsibility to make sure these are met!
