DESCRIPTION
Desafio Belmonte is a well established tournament with a lot of attendance.
While full event schedule is WIP, Saturday will take from 08:00 to 20:00, with a break for lunch, and Sunday from 08:00 to 14:00.
Max 16 teams for Buhurt
Max 24 fighters per category in duels. (May be reduced per schedule needs)
Max 2 categories for male competitors in duels.

FACILITIES
The organization makes available to the participating clubs accommodation in the castle for Friday and Saturday night:
- 32 beds in the castle guard gallery.
- Sleeping space for 16-20 people in 4 towers (Nº2,3,4,5) - 6 beds available
- Sleeping space for 8-10 people in two rooms in tower nº6.
- Sleeping space for 30 people: 15 per floor 2 and 3 of the homage tower.
- IMPORTANT: Sleeping bag is required both for the beds of the guard gallery and for the rest of rooms where it is recommended to bring air mattress for better comfort.
There are 5 showers in the changing rooms of the courtyard. It will be important to distribute schedules between teams for a more efficient use of them.
Area for tents can be enabled if the sports organization requires it, but whoever wishes may sleep in the castle with a sleeping bag.
Lunch for fighters is included.
Travel Expenses: Fighters coming from abroad will have some help with travel expenses (To be defined on individual cases).

In the case that there aren't enough teams for a 12vs12 ranking tournament, we intend the matches to take place regardless for the spectators, take that into account when registering.
If the schedule allows it, we also want to do an armiger category, non-ranking 3vs3 matches for rookies, any team that wants to participate, please refer to the organizer email.

If you are on the list, it's your own responsibility to make sure the requirements are met. If after registration you can't join the tournament, contact the host, so the can put your status to “Rejected”.

At the tournament you will be required to register at the host, every "valid" member has a QR code on there "fighter profile" only they can access it
Every person on a team can sign up the team for the event. If there is a requirement for the registration, it's the team's responsibility to make sure these are met!
