Planning to cover BIWC27 in Lucca? Here's what you need to know!


🔹 Full Media Access – BI Official Approved Media & BI Assigned Media.

🔹 Restricted Media Access – National Organisation Media (maximum 2 representatives per NO) & General Media. Access limited to designated media areas.



📅 Important deadlines:

  • 15 November 2026 – General Media accreditation information and registration form published.

  • 31 December 2026 – Deadline for National Organisations to submit the names and email addresses of their media representatives.

  • 28 February 2027 – Deadline for all individual media accreditation forms.


⚠️ All accreditation requests are subject to BI Media Department approval. Accredited media must follow event safety regulations and respect their assigned access areas.
